Team Behind -Personalised Property Listings

I would like to give you a little bit about my background.

Born in Townsville and growing up on the farm, I'm definitely not one to shy away from hard work.

I've been involved in multiple different industries throughout my life.

Anywhere from hard labour intensive tasks to system management professions. But all in all, I have always looked at properties. Whether it be just flicking throughout different markets and seeing what there is or designing and drawing my own house plans (multiple different ones over the years, as you grow older your needs and desires change).

I have assisted family and friends in finding their houses over the past 5 or more years, until one day I was discussing the brief with a Realestate Agent, then they asked if I was a Buyer's Agent, that's when I asked that all time silly question (I thought it was due to them having a giggle) "what's a Buyer's Agent?"

The response I received was, "It's what you're already doing, you just need to go through the process to become licensed and then make it your profession."

Currently I'm a FIFO worker, (which worked out well because courses, degrees and licensing all cost a lot of money and time)

The joy with starting our very OWN Family Based Buyers Consultancy is you do not need a physical brick and mortar office, we can enjoy the freedom that we strive to provide our clients.

So with the transitioning profession from a FIFO Multiskilled Operator to Full Time Buyer's Consultant, we can catch up via a phone call, video call or even a meeting at a local Café, down the beach or where you feel most comfortable.

We are about helping relieve the Property Market stresses, therefore from the initial consultation through to settlement, we have your needs and expectations in mind.

So here we are.

My partner Kellie helps by running the administration side of things. As our children grow they want to be involved as well.

They're already making decisions on what and how they want to assist within our Consultancy. 

Hopefully this brief section gives you a little better understanding about myself and to show, we aren't scared of hard work, we have your wants and needs in mind and we will do everything we can to make sure your experience is stress free and enjoyable.

I grew up here in Townsville also. (Although we didn't meet when we were younger, we still found each other)

Having 3 kids, home-schooling, maintaining everyday life while my partner is away and all the nitty gritty in between does have its ups and downs.

When we were searching for our first family home, it was a somewhat stressful process.

That's why we created Personalised Property Listings, we know first hand how "eventful" the search to settlement can be (and everything else normal life has for you in between). 

We want to assist in removing these touchy painful areas, so you and your family can just jump in and enjoy what you are looking for.

I have always wanted to do something that will make a difference.
